About Your Guide
Wendy Ziemiak
Mental Health Practitioner, Registered Nurse,Certified Yoga Teacher & a Certified Breathwork Facilitator.
Hi, I’m Wendy! I’m a Registered Nurse, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator who spent years supporting mental health in schools before finding my true calling: helping women (and men) reclaim their lives through self-care.
I know firsthand how easy it is to pour from an empty cup—I’ve lived through compassion fatigue myself. That experience led me to the "art and science" of self-compassion, which I now share through transformative retreats and workshops. My mission is to help you "excavate your authentic self" by teaching you how to set boundaries, calm your nervous system, and find joy in the everyday. Whether we’re breathing together or exploring inner peace, I’m here to help you live a life you truly love.
