A Women's Circle is more than a gathering, it's a soul-nourishing experience.  Come unwind, share, and rediscover your inner light in a space of sisterhood, reflection and renewal.

Includes 30 minute discussion & reflection on a weekly topic, followed by a 20 minute guided meditation.

I really enjoyed the guided mediation session this evening.  I like the theme of using your breath as an anchor for the wondering mind.  Every time I go through the doorway I will use that as an anchor to remind myself to pause and take a full breath.
