A "Sacred Pause" is a moment of stillness that allows the nervous system to shift from stress and survival to safety, balance, and calm.Learn ways to notice and take care of your nervous system for your well-being (physical, social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and sexual).
The Sacred Pause Retreat is a day devoted to:
Tuning into your needs, honouring your true self, living & expressing your values, beliefs, emotions & personality with courage to show up in the world as your real self, even when it feels vulnerable.
Discover self-compassion, personal boundaries, heal your inner child and cultivate inner peace & joy.
Throughout the day we will explore practices and skills that help us understand and strengthen self-care as self-compassion, an antidote to guilt, sacrifice, resentment, shame or blame.

Wendy Ziemiak
Certified Yoga Teacher, Mental Health Practitioner
& Registered Nurse
As a Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Mental Health, I offer retreats & self-care workshops to help women find greater self-compassion,
self-love and transform their limited beliefs into empowering life choices for self-care.
As part of my own healing and self-help I became a student of Yoga and Meditation and
started to experience ease in my mind and body. I learned to challenge my unhelpful thinking patterns that lead to anxiety and depression. I learned to disarm my inner critic and manage painful emotions through self-compassion practice. I gave myself permission to meet my
needs for self-care, meaningful connections, healing and inner growth. I learned to be
brave by facing my fears about financial scarcity, being lovable and being good enough.
This is now why I love helping women to create ease and peace and joy in their lives.
Join me for a women's retreat where you will learn these skills and practices that assist with healing, stress reduction and growing self-love and self-compassion within.
